Absolute Career Coaching (ABN 45 883 794 818) of 23 Livingstone Ave, Ingleburn NSW 2565 is:
• the owner and operator of Absolute Career Coaching;
• the services and products issuer of interests in Absolute Career Coaching managed by its sole trader; and
• a service provider to individuals and organisations.
This website is operated by Absolute Career Coaching throughout the site. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Absolute Career Coaching. We offer you information and tools for Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms and conditions, outlined in this document.
The Absolute Career Coaching website has been prepared for both Australian and foreign residents in Spanish-speaking countries. The sole business purpose is to offer career coaching services. The products and services are not to be considered a solicitation for or offering of any investment product or service. Requests for visa applications to Australia will not be accepted from residents of other countries unless permitted by law.
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any of the Services offered therein. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms.
Our website is hosted by VentraIP. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our Services to you.
SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are over 18 years of age.
You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Services, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any malware or any code of cyber threats. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of our Services.

We reserve the right to refuse Services to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve:

(b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services or any contact on the website through which the Services is provided, without express written permission by us.

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Absolute Coaching website. We will endeavour to notify you of any changes to our Terms and Conditions before such changes take effect. However, you are responsible for keeping up to date with any changes by regularly reviewing these Terms and Conditions.

Absolute Career Coaching is in no way responsible for, and does not prepare or contribute to, the content of any website that may be linked to via hyperlink; whether the hyperlink is provided by Absolute Career Coaching or by a third party.
The fact that Absolute Career Coaching has provided a link to a third party’s website does not constitute an implicit or explicit endorsement, authorisation, sponsorship, or affiliation by Absolute Career Coaching concerning such website, its owners, providers, or services.

SECTION 6 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
The prices for our products are subject to change without notice. References to dollars are to Australian dollars unless otherwise specified. The Goods and Services Tax (GST) applicable in Australia is 10%. Advertised services do not include the GST amount. This is calculated upon placing orders exiting the shopping cart. Note that GST tax will only be charged to purchases from Australia.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
SECTION 7 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or order.
The billing is split into 2 payments and 2 tax invoices are generated. First, a 50% deposit to initiate the services and a free 30-minute consultation. Second, the final payment (remaining 50%) upon receiving the full services. Absolute Career Coaching will strive to deliver services within 3-4 weeks. This period is subject to the level of engagement of each client and receipt of full payment.
If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
SECTION 8 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

SECTION 9 – TERMINATION
These Terms of Conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof)
SECTION 10 – INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Absolute Career Coaching, our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, Service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
